The Chef will create a daily selection of local and international cuisine prepared using the freshest locally grown produce. Sample Vanuatu’s famous organic beef, fresh lobster or the superb flesh of the deep sea “poulet” fish. Enjoy organic fruit and vegetables grown in the red volcanic soil of Vanuatu. Select from a wide range of beautiful Australian, New Zealand and French wines or sample the island cocktails. For a more intimate occasion, have dinner by candlelight on your villa deck or your beachside lounge pavilion.

The resort has 14 villas, ranging from beachfront one bedroom ideally suited to couples or singles looking for space and privacy, to 2 and 3 bedroom villas for families (kids over 7 years only) or groups of friends. Master bedrooms feature king-size beds, air conditioning and two sets of double French doors opening onto private decks for uninterrupted ocean views. Ensuite bathroom have bathtubs and seperate showers or an external courtyard shower for a more tropical feel. The separate lounge rooms pavilion feature comfortable lounge chairs, tea and coffee making facilities, bar fridge and smart TVs with SBS on demend and access to Netflix (to use your own account) . This pavilions opens out onto vast decks, and most open directly to the beach. Many of the villas also have private plunge pools. SUPs, kayaks, surfboards, reef shoes, snorkel gear are all freely available to guests as is a boat and driver giving access to the nearby private islands – take a picnic lunch or BBQ and spend an afternoon on your own island paradise. Island tours can also easily be arranged. On site spa treatments are also available.
