The living room features a soaring 4m curved ceiling, a romantic open fire, split system air conditioning, an LCD SmartTV with a Blu-Ray DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, a full-size fridge, and a front-loading washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside there are BBQ facilities, 4 separate decks with sensational views in every direction and an outdoor hot water shower. The house is serviced by mains power, solar power, rainwater, landline phone and free NBN satellite internet.

Yondah sleeps up to 8 guests in three spacious queen bedrooms with three sparkling designer bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature a supremely comfy queen-size Sealy Posturepedic bed dressed in quality hotel-style linen, an ensuite bathroom and an outdoor deck. There is also a fold-out innerspring bed (disguised as an ottoman) which can sleep a third person in both of these bedrooms. In Bedroom 3, the queen bed can split into two single beds when required.
